The First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine and Minister of Economy Yulia Sviridenko confirmed the signing of the Mineral Resources Agreement with the United States on Facebook. According to the document, Ukraine will introduce 50% of all income from new minerals in new licenses and new minerals to the bilateral investment fund.
The United States and Ukraine will have equal votes in the fund's management. The agreement does not envisage Ukraine's direct debt obligations to the United States.
