The European Commission will provide 910 million euros to strengthen the EU defense industry, including the production of military mobility and air defense systems, and Ukraine will be able to participate in the projects, it is said in the statement of the EC.
"The European Commission is investing 910 million euros within the framework of the European Defense Foundation to build a powerful and innovative defense industry in Europe.
These investments aim to solve the basic gaps in such areas such as mobility and the protection of drones. Moreover, for the first time Ukraine's defense industry may be related to such projects, "the document said.
