The leaders of all CIS countries, except in Ukraine and Moldova, will take part in the celebrations of the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War in Moscow, and CIS Secretary General Sergei Lebedev told RIA Novosti.
"The leaders of all CIS countries, except for both of them, will arrive in Moscow on May 9. Unfortunately, Ukraine and Moldova will open up. The leaders of nine states will be present, "said Lebedev, answering the question of which of the leaders of the Cooperation and the Government to take part in the May 9 celebrations in Moscow.
