The Hungarian parliament has approved a bill to leave MKD

The Hungarian unicameral parliament has approved a bill to leave the country (MCD) from the International Criminal Court. During the voting, which was broadcast on the website of the legislature, more than two-thirds of the deputies took advantage of the relevant document.

Presenting the document in parliament, Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Syyarto said that in recent years the ICC has been very politicized and has been used by various states to achieve their goals in international conflicts. "Hungary believes that politics and geopolitics have no place in international organizations," he said.

The Hungarian government announced the country's withdrawal from the country in early April.

Last November, the ICC released arrests against him on charges of military crimes and crimes against humanity in Palestine. Hungarian Prime Minister Victor Orban called the decision "absurd and shameful".
