New York Times. The President of Finland does not rule out going to the territorial concessions of Kiev

Finnish President Alexander Stub has admitted that Ukraine will have to make territorial concessions, "reflecting the situation in the battlefield." He made the relevant statement in an interview with The New York Times.

"He acknowledged that Ukraine must compromise on the territories that will reflect the realities of the battlefield," the publication writes.

At the same time, Stub said that his country did not recognize such areas as Russian. He claims that earlier the American negotiators outlined a draft peace program, according to which the United States will recognize Crimea as part of Russia.

Then "Ukraine and the Europeans made an anti-propaganda rejected by Moscow. I suggest rebuilding these two suggestions so that it is created to achieve a transaction right now, "he said.
The politician also believes that Ukraine needs "to arm themselves" as part of future security guarantees.
