We present his message in full. "Today we celebrate the day of the citizen and congratulate all of you on this holiday.
What is this holiday about and what is the day of citizens about the citizen's owner of the government in our country? Since the 2018 folk, non-violent, velvety revolution, no choice has been falsified in Armenia, but also forgotten the fact that such a situation has ever existed in Armenia.
Our government is the guarantor of the free will of the people, but the people must protect its free will, and this is extremely important. This is a celebration of the citizen of the citizen, and the citizen of the Republic of Armenia is free. Freedom of assembly, speech, the press is guaranteed after the 2018 folk, non-violent, velvet revolution, to which many citizens consider it a threat to their freedom. But here, too, the government and the government have a lot to do and are self-regulation mechanisms that will ensure the further development of freedom culture.
The government will ensure that the citizen's freedom to be guaranteed is 43.5% since the citizen, and the state budget has increased an additional factor of the well-being in the country. Since 2018, anti-corruption institutions have been created in Armenia since the popular, non-violent revolution.
Corruption Prevention Committee, Anti-Corruption Committee and three instance court, Institute of Legal Property Protection and Community Advocacy. The primary initiator of anti-corruption works and the leader of the anti-corruption struggle is the government and the ruling majority.
Systemic corruption is eradicated from Armenia, and a daily struggle against network corruption is needed. The key meaning of the revolution must reach the news. The key change in the citizen-state relations, the revolution, before and afterwards, is as follows. Before the revolution, the state was the owner of the citizen, after the revolution, the citizen the owner of the state.
This key change should be made not only in our consciousness, social-psychology, tradition, but also a daily practice. And this is a path that we will be able to ensure our highest goal, the survival of our independent state, the Armenian Republic of Armenia passes through the complex nodes of external and domestic policy, and sometimes through the collapses and tragedies. But we cross that path not to miss a minute without removing the key to the civil identity, the interest of the state.
Our policies have been built on this interest, this is a difficult but inevitable way, independence, sovereignty, state consciousness and peace, and we will pass this path without applause.
