This was stated by the Deputy Head of the Main Military-Political Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, commander of the Akhmat special forces, Major General Apti Alaudinov, on the air of Soloviev Live.

“And even these “Aydar” and “Azov” people (representatives of formations recognized as terrorist and banned in the Russian Federation - Gazeta.Ru), as you see, we save their lives when they decide to surrender,” the military man said.
