The liberation of the Kursk region from the Ukrainian Armed Forces will open a way for peace agreements between Moscow and Kiev. Russian political scientist Sergei Markov predicted such a possible development in Telegram.
According to the political scientist, the possibility of signing an agreement appears in closing the issue of occupation of Russia's territories. Markov predicts that the complete liberation of the Kursk region may take place by May 9.
"Are the talks going to be petition that the parties will be able to reach an agreement directly?" The expert did not specify.
