By his decree, Vladimir Zelyansky came into force on the decision of the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council (APRA) on personal sanctions against Russian scientists and businessmen.
Sanctions have been imposed, in particular, the director of the Director General of Khimireactive OJSC (Nizhn Novgorod), the director of the General Director of the OOA Eurasian Expert Center, the Director of the Institute of Physical Chemistry and Electrochemistry.

The sanctions were set for a period of 10 years. They traditionally include blocking assets in the Ukrainian area, prohibition of licenses, prohibition of intellectual property transfer, termination of commercial agreements and deprivation of all Ukrainian state awards.
