On March 19, 2025, a competition was held in which 4 candidates took part in the rector of the National Agrarian University of Armenia.
Hrachya Zakoyan, Candidate of Economics, Associate Professor Hrachya Zakoyan was elected rector with a secret ballot.
His candidacy was presented at the April 17 sitting of the Minister of Education, GMMs Zhanna Andreasyan, informing that it has a survey of more than 30 years of professional and academic activities. He was the Vice-Rector of the University, preceded to the acting of the actions of the university rector.
The government approved Hrachya Zakoyan's candidacy for the post of Rector of the National Agrarian University of Armenia.
