The prosecutor's office will justify the judicial act of justifying the 71-year-old Albert Arstamyan of Artsakh in Nikol Pashinyan. Arik Khachatryan, Head of the Public Relations Department of the RA General Prosecutor's Office, told "Pastinfo" that after receiving the judicial act, an appeal will be filed.
As we have already informed, the Criminal Court of First Instance of Yerevan, chaired by Judge Arman Hovhannisyan, published a verdict of justification on April 11, recording that Arstamyan's accusation was not proved. Additional trials will be held in court to discuss moral damage and other issues.
Albert Arstamyan was accused on August 23, 2024, in the Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district, to throw apples to Nikol Pashinyan from the balcony.
