On April 15, Deputy Chairman of the NA Standing Committee on European Integration Mary Galstyan hosted the representatives of the Prime Minister's Office and Deputy Prime Minister's Office in the parliament. The discussion was the issues of joint monitoring and strategic communication of the Armenia-European Union of Comprehensive and Advanced Partnership Agreement (ECG).
Mary Galstyan noted that a number of key reforms and programs in our country are implemented in our country within the framework of the Armenia-EU-Armenia partnership within the framework of the EU-Armenia Partnership, which is needed to introduce public communication, awareness and control mechanisms. The MP noted that a lot of work in this direction should be based on the mechanism of notifying the public as the number one beneficiary of these reforms.
The interlocutors stated that a strategy for public communication should be implemented at all levels of the public administration system. Anzhela Khzhedyan, the head of the Prime Minister's Staff Strategic Communication and Participatory Reform and CEPA HACK, is expected to develop target information messages on each sector of the agreement, the implementation of the implementation of the agreement, which is expected to be completed this year. Astghik Hayrapetyan, Chief Specialist of the Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan's Office of the Department of Cooperation and Reform, highlighted the importance of forming a digital platform, which is still in the preliminary stage. It is planned to develop and discuss the technical project of digital platform with interested departments, including the National Assembly. The digital monitoring platform will allow each citizen to receive simple and complex information on the implementation of the field of agreement by qualitative and digital indicators.
The importance of the development of institutional capacity and additional expert assistance was emphasized, as well as the role of effective cooperation between the National Assembly in the process of implementation of the agreement.
