A two-day meeting with security issues began in the Black Sea under the auspices of the Turkish Defense Ministry in Ankara. There is no Russian representative among the participants, the source of the Turkish Defense Ministry told RIA Novosti.
On Sunday, CNN TÜRK, citing the Turkish Defense Ministry, said talks between Russian and Ukraine in Ankara on April 15-16. Earlier on Monday, Russian President's Spokesman Dmitry Peskov refused to comment on Turkish media reports between Russia and Ukraine in Ankara.
Later, the Turkish Defense Ministry clarified that on April 15-16, a security meeting in the Black Sea on April 15-16 will be held in the Black Sea of Russia and Ukraine.
"Currently, an in Ankara is held in Ankara between foreign military officials, including a representative of the Russian Federation," the source said.
The source did not specify whether the Ukrainian representative will take part in the meeting.
