Naryshkin. Paris, London and Berlin aggravate tension around Ukraine

Russia and Belarus see the growth of NATO's military activity near their borders, and European countries also increase the escalation level over Ukraine, said Sergey Naryshkin, director of the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR). He assured that the Belarusian SVR and the State Security Committee (KGB) are ready to take steps to prevent threats.

"Russia and Belarus see the growth of military activity of NATO countries on our border. We feel and see that European countries, especially France, Great Britain and Germany, raise the level of escalation over the Ukrainian conflict, "he told reporters.

"That's why we need to work preventable, we are ready for it," he said.
