The preparation stage of the report was carried out by fact-finding works, which include private talks with forcibly displaced persons, defense armies. Videos on the same questions and other objective evidence have been studied.
The report includes a detailed analysis of Azerbaijan's armed attacks in Artsakh in September 2023, crimes committed by the Azerbaijani armed forces, infrastructure and cultural heritage. The report presents Azerbaijani attacks on the civilian population of Artsakh, including children, as well as civilian facilities, schools, hospitals, civil houses.
