The Ministry of Environment has launched the process of mastribution of nature use fees and environmental tax.
The Ministry details that by this project, it is proposed to fully reconsider the nature-use fee for the use of animal facilities only in the first round. They are planned to be added mainly twice, except for a sig fish, for which it is planned to increase the rate about 3 times, setting 200 drams for 1 kg, instead of 65 drams.
In the case of a whitefish, it is assessed as the most important and valuable resource in terms of protection and food security of Lake Sevan.
. The submitted project proposes the procedure for the payment of the nature-use fee for a biodiversity for a biodegradation, according to which it will be implemented not for the amount of factual volumes, another contract or license.
Minister Hakob Simidyan said that written proposals were technical, they were adopted. According to the Minister, the change will not arise for the population.
The commission gave a positive conclusion to the project discussed.
