The talks between Iran and the US delegations have ended, the Iranian state "Tasim" news agency reported.

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi and the US Special Ambassador to the Middle East took place in the Oman's capital on Saturday.

"Indirect negotiations between Iran and the United States have ended," the statement reads.

Reuters reports that the parties discuss some weakening of sanctions on Tehran in case of restriction of Iran's nuclear program.

It is noted that the consultations of the representatives of Iran and the United States are also aimed at easing tensions in the region and the organization of prisoners.
