Pashinyan created this situation as a result of his diplomatic, political, political and perfect solitivity and lost Karabakh. Now Pashinyan wants to close this issue once and for all and remove our memory. Former Armenian Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian stated this.
Oskanian noted that there are 4 problems facing Pashinyan, at the request of Azerbaijan. The first to change the RA Constitution, the second, withdraw all the lawsuits from the international courts, the third is the canth of the Minsk Group so worsen the situation of the people of Artsakh to leave Armenia.According to him, we should not allow the Artsakh issue to be closed, we must show both the authorities and the international community that the Artsakh issue is not closed and the Armenians of Artsakh must return to its rights.
