Senegal intends to join BRICS and negotiate with members of this association. The statement came from Foreign Minister Yasin Fole.
"Senegal is one of the countries that I liked the creation of BRICS and negotiating with this group of countries to become part of it," the Seneplus portal quoted its words.
According to the Minister, Senegal is able to play a positive role in this union.
"Senegal can contribute to BRICS due to the desire to develop its stability, resources and industry," he added that the BRICS format "provides more space for commenting and access to commercial resources."
