The European Court of Human Rights has not yet received a lawsuit against Gaggenya Gutsul on its arrest and detention, RIA Novosti told RIA Novosti.
"Ms. Gutul has not been demanded," the court said.
Earlier, a lawyer's lawyer Natalia Bayram stated that the protection of the grosso would soon turn to ECHR because of his "illegal detention and arrest" that "contradicts national and international law."
The head of Gagauzia was arrested on March 25 at Chisinau airport, then arrested for 20 days. The Moldovan Prosecutor's Office has explained the decision that the politician will try to avoid justice.
