In 2024, 10,910 defendants were wanted by Article 461 of the RA Criminal Code (avoidance of military service or conscription), 561 of whom were found.

As reported by "Armenpress", this is stated in the reporting of the 2024 activities of the RA General Prosecutor's Office.

For comparison, in 2023, 11,492 defendants were searched, 398 were found.

Thus, the number of wanted people in 2024 decreased by 582, but the quantitative index of detection increased by 163, with a percentage, the detection rate increased by 41%.
