Discussion on the draft law on making changes in the RA Law on Foreigners

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has developed a draft law on making changes and additions to the RA Law on Foreigners, which has already been put into circulation by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.

During the discussion, the representatives of educational institutions and entrepreneurs were presented to foreigners' residence status, which envisages providing temporary, permanent and special residence status, including the status of studies on the basis of study.

The representatives were introduced to the new platform, in particular, the working style, the procedure, opportunities of the lawsuits, the possible issues and their solutions were discussed. The project is implemented in the EU-funded "Enlargement of Effective Migration and Asylum Management Policy in Armenia" program in cooperation with the EPF.
