Dear Gyumri residents and compatriots, I know well and understand this days throughout Gyumri and the Republic are waiting for my decision, which depends on the further developments and moods in Gyumri and the country.
During my way, I prove that I had preferred the common interest of our country, our city and our Gyumri residents of personal interests and approaches to me. Today I have made my decision, which was the most difficult and difficult decision of my political path, which I thought about it for a long time and had great difficulty. During the campaign, I openly said and I was the only one that I talked about after the election if Vardan Ghukasyan was elected mayor. I remain the same conviction that he is the most vulnerable candidate due to criminal cases.
What will happen next and how to do with a given man, well remember this day. Gyumri will take them through Vanadzor or not, God will be demolished.
During this time, I spoke directly or mediated on these dangers, especially warned other candidates, especially Ruben Mkhitaryan and Karen Simonyan.
Both of these teams, knowing about this, have been hurried to their steps and support the candidate with incomplete, which made it impossible to discuss the way to find an alternative, less vulnerable.
With my position, for example, Ruben or Karen could choose mayor, four candidates for joint discussion and cooperation. And this would have become a real launch of the collapse of the full government system.
By their decision, we have this situation, which it is not too late to talk about.
Dear Gyumri residents and especially about 7400 voters, you also voted for me on the principle that the current government would not be reproduced in Gyumri and we all in this ideology.
And we all reached out to this for which I congratulate all of us. The CPF is no longer power in Gyumri.
Dear relatives, friends, teammates, Gyumri residents, you stood by my side that the former morals did not return to the city. Knowing my principles and clearly, the highly emphasized red traits that I have always opposed those morals and in time thanks to me. Now I have to make a decision that we all have opposed us in principle due to the urgency of these two teams and their decision.
I apologize to all my voters, relatives, friends and supports, but I am confident that I subordinate my personal questions and approaches against the interests and security of the country, state and statehood, Gyumri and Gyumri. I am convinced that you will understand and support my decision.
You are all convinced that the political forces connected to each other will be not able to do anything without the decision of my "Our City" bloc and everything, to this, will depend on the voting of the "Our City" bloc.
And so, "Our City" bloc states that it will give the necessary number of votes, candidate Vardan Ghukasyan, who supports the other forces without any position, expectation and any agreement.
And further all responsibility, the further destiny of the city, from now on, will then take three forces, led by Vardan Ghukasyan, and I will not be folded by my hands and will continue to do everything that the CP will not have mayor in Gyumri.
And the Alliance of Our City together with the people of Gyumri will do everything to live in the city we deserve.
Dear media, politicians, political analysts, bloggers, political parties, owners, and servants, from now on, Martun Grigoryan made decisions on their own and without urgency and no political force.
