On the occasion of 2024 On October 13, a criminal proceeding was initiated in the Ninth Garrison Investigative Department of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia under Article 155 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia, the investigation of which was assigned to the investigative team. During the preliminary investigation, necessary and urgent investigative and other administrative actions were performed.
