"In the penitentiary service, one of the convicts of the Nubarashen Penitentiary Institution of the RA Ministry of Justice has intended to work out the normal work of the institution, regularly presents illegal demands and provoking other illegal requirements.
The penitentiary service, examining the above information, has decided to transfer illegalities and a split convict to another penitentiary institution within the framework of the fight against criminal subculture and other illegality. Sometimes some detainees and lifers showed disobedience, damaged cell property, burn the mattresses, hit the doors, and so on.
Employees of "Nubarashen" penitentiary institution have repeatedly demanded that the disobedience repeatedly stopped, but the requirements were not fulfilled.
Therefore, the employees of the special service department have taken special measures to eliminate violations of the internal regulations by the employees of the Nubarashen penitentiary institution. With the use of physical force, the latter were taken out of the cells, and searches were carried out in the cells.
After the actions taken, two convicts have announced possible fractures, but no fractures have been found in the other as a result of the X-ray study conducted by the medical staff.
