"As a result of the monitoring of social networks and mass media, there was also information that any medical care was provided to the convicts.
On the instructions of the Defender, Nubarashen Penitentiary left for a rapid response team to get acquainted with the details of raised issues on the spot and to have a private talk with those sentenced to life imprisonment.
The Defender's Office also studies public materials on the mentioned case, "the statement said.
