Sweden will become the sixth member of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, which will buy C-390 military aircraft from the Brazilian EMBRAER aviation conglomerate. This was reported by Folha de S.Paulo newspaper.
According to the publication, the previously five plane had already been sold to Portugal, as many plane, the Netherlands, and three C-390 bought Slovakia, Hungary and the Czech Republic. Embraer also sold four plane to Austria, three in South Korea.
At the same time, the Swedish authorities said earlier that the supply of military equipment would be possible with an accelerated scenario, as the Kingdom joined the agreement with EMBRAER of Austria and the Netherlands.
According to the newspaper, the Brazilian company intends to continue the expansion of production and negotiating the opening of factories in India and Saudi Arabia.
