Fighters of the Shiite militia Hezbollah attacked a concentration of Israeli Defense Forces troops in southern Lebanon. This is stated in a report posted on the Telegram channel of the Hezbollah military information service.
According to the movement, the Israeli military came under rocket fire in the area of al-Labuna and Halet Warda. No information was provided on the results of these strikes. Hezbollah also reported that it stopped an attempt by Israeli infantry to advance deep into Lebanese territory near the village of Markaba, where it came under artillery fire.
