Malaysian and Thailand Foreign Ministers will visit Myanmar affected by the earthquake


Malaysian Foreign Minister Mohammad Hassan and Thai Foreign Minister Marit Sangyamphogh will pay a humanitarian visit to Myanmar, who suffered from the earthquake on April 5. This is stated in a statement adopted by the heads of the Foreign Ministry of the Association of the Southeast Union (ASEAN).

According to the document, the Foreign Ministers will visit Myangma, coordinate humanitarian aid and make rescue operations, as well as to ensure a timely and effective humanitarian response to the humanitarian aid coordinator.

According to Bernama, citing Malaysian Foreign Ministry, the visit will show Kuala Lumpur's solidarity with the Myanmar People's people, taking into account the current needs of humanitarian aid.
