The Presidents of Turkey and Iran discussed regional issues

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan had a telephone conversation with Iranian President Massoud Pezeshkian, according to the Turkish President's Office.

The parties discussed bilateral relations between Turkey and Iran, as well as regional and global issues.

Erdogan said that the parties will continue to make efforts to further develop Turkish-Iranian relations.

At the end of the conversation, Erdogan congratulated Pezeshkian on the occasion of Ramadan.
