US Vice President J. D. D.vens claims that the ceasefire agreements are almost ready in the Black Sea.
"Of course, we have a ceasefire in connection with energy infrastructure. We have a ceasefire in the Black Sea related to commercial ships, which is almost ready. And when we get to that point, we will work around the next stage of the ceasefire in Ukraine, "said the Deputy Chief of Staff at a news conference.
In addition, he stressed that Washington is optimistic about the progress of negotiations on the settlement of the general Ukrainian conflict.
