The criminal proceedings investigated in the RA Anti-Corruption Committee turned out to be 2021-2023. The person who took the position of the director of one of the kindergartens in Yerevan, using the official powers, stole the official funds entrusted to him. The preliminary investigation has been substantiated that the mentioned director appointed his loved ones and friends at the same time, including the same persons at the same time, and managed to manage their salaries. At the same time, some of the appointed people did not attend work at all, but the director made false records on the latter's work on the basis of which was managed and transferred to the salaries.
In addition, it turned out that the director of 2021-2023. Registering more than 2 million AMD bang for a kindergarten used for their own needs.
In total, 50.6 million AMD was stolen by the director of the kindergarten during the above-mentioned period.
In order to make a particularly large-scale steal and official falsification, the director was accused of Article 445 of the RA Criminal Code and Article 256, Clause 3 of the 256. Homeland detention, pledge and lack of failure have been taken to him as combined precautionary measures. Allegations were also charged with 4 people who supported the director. Decisions on non-prosecuting and criminal prosecution have been made on the basis of non-excusing criminal prosecution.
During the preliminary investigation, 9 million AMD was restored during the preliminary investigation, and the rest of the damage to the director was restricted. The preliminary investigation was over criminal proceedings. The prosecutor approved the indictment, and the materials of the proceedings were sent to the RA Anti-Corruption Court.
