Putin has proposed investing a temporary foreign management in Ukraine

Russian President Vladimir Putin has allowed the opportunity to introduce a temporary international administration under the auspices of the United Nations in Ukraine. He stated this during a conversation with the staff of Arkhangelk atomic submarine, RIA Novosti reported. According to him, such a format will allow you to hold elections and shape a viable government that enjoys the trust of the population.

"In this case, Moscow may start negotiations on a peaceful settlement and signed relevant agreements, which will be recognized by the international community," Putin said.

"There is such a practice, and in principle, of course, it will be possible to discuss the possibility of introducing temporary management in Ukraine under the auspices of the United States, European countries and friends, of course," Putin said.
