US Secretary of State Marco Rubio called on US Secretary of State Marco Rubio to stop military assistance to Azerbaijan and led to latter latter to latter latter's crimes, the Armenian National Committee of America reports. The congressmen addressed a two-party letter to the US Secretary of State.
Referring to the ethnic cleansings of 120,000 indigenous Armenian population of Nagorno-Karabakh, Azerbaijan stressed that Azerbaijan continues to undermine its efforts to ensure fair, long-lasting and dignified peace in the South Caucasus through the continuing aggression against Armenia.
The signatories of the letter called for Secretary of State Rubio to be the competence of the bypass, which bypassed Article 907, to impose full implementation of the law to its crimes instead. Since 2001, all US presidents have used bypassing until 2024, when President Biden applied for the first time in Article 907.
"The lack of responsibility for Azerbaijan's violence against Azerbaijan's ongoing aggression, Armenian prisoners of prisoners and the lack of responsibility to Nagorno-Karabakh, but also to encourage US competitors who seek to use Washington's inaction.
