Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Sergei Shoigu took part of the Chief of State Affairs of the DPRK for more than two hours, security issues, the situation in Ukraine, as well as the beginning of a dialogue between Moscow and Washington.
"Negotiations have ended for quite a long time, more than two hours," Shoigu told reporters.
"We have considered the results of decisions that have been adopted as a result of two visits, a friend will not visit Russia and Russian President Vladimir Putin's visit to Phaen," he said.
Other issues discussed are "Communication with the United States and the beginning of dialogue, everything that happens in Ukraine", as well as "many other issues that are in the safety issues of different regions and the security of the Korean Peninsula."
