The leaders of the European Union (EU) have developed a program to bypass the blocking of important political decisions by Hungary. This was reported by Politico, citing European diplomats.
The article refers to the February 28 precedent when Hungary blocked the draft security guarantee documents and the new military aid package of Ukraine. The text of the document, which was agreed to 26 of the 27 countries of the Association, has been attached to other resolutions that have unanimously approved by the member states of the community.
Despite Hungary's refusal, the document was "published as the official opinion of the European Council."
