The Prime Minister of the United Kingdom made a harsh statement on Putin

British Prime Minister Kir Starmer claims that if a peaceful agreement on Ukraine will be concluded without Kiev's security guarantees, Russia allegedly violates it. His words quotes Sky News from a speech at one of the United Kingdom base.

He insisted that any agreement on Ukraine, which "has no basis", is allegedly violated by President Vladimir Putin.

"We know that because it's been before. "I am absolutely convinced that this will be repeated again," Karmer said.

On March 14, President Putin stated that Russia will agree to the US proposals on the ceasefire in Ukraine if it leads to long-term peace. After that, the head of state met with the US President's Special Envoy Steven Witkoff, who left for Moscow to discuss the details of the peace agreement. In his turn, Trump called Putin's words promising.

Russian President Vladimir Putin and American leader Donald Trump held their second officially confirmed telephone conversation on March 18. Moscow and Washington have assessed negotiations effectively. The two leaders spoke about the Ukrainian settlement and mutually beneficial economic cooperation.
