Its value is estimated at 5 million euros (almost 2 billion drams). The Spanish national police clarified that the five paintings of Francis Bacon were stolen from Madrid private houses in 2015. At present, 16 people have already been arrested on suspicion of theft, and four of the five pictures have been returned.
The police informed that the search for the last picture continues. Freshis Bacon is an expressionist artist and master of figure painting. In his works, he depicted a distorted man body. His paintings are highly valued in the world of art and are considered one of the most expensive.
