Zelensky said that the meeting with the Russian Federation for Ukraine will not be a "problem"

Vladimir Zelensky, who has not yet had a decree prohibiting talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin, claims that there will be no "big problem" for Ukraine to meet with Russian representatives.

"The meeting is not a problem," he said at an online briefing, answering the question of the Russian and Ukrainian side. The recording of the briefing was published by the Zelensky's office on Youtube channel.

"The issue is absolutely pragmatic, if there are proven options that can bring us closer to the end of the war, we will move only without any stop or sentimentalism," he added.

Speaking about the upcoming contacts with the United States, he expressed hope that they would take place in Saudi Arabia on Friday, Saturday or Sundays. At the same time, on March 18, US leader's special envoy Steven Wittov said new contacts between Russia and the United States will take place on Sunday in Jidda.
