The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the attack of the Israeli occupational forces on the UN headquarters in the central Deir al-Balah, which killed one employee and wounded five. This was reported by Wafa Palestinian news agency.
"Israeli attacks on international organizations in Gaza are a state terrorist attack, a coordinated, large-scale policy and a crime aimed at disrupting their work. Israel must be held accountable in accordance with international law, "the Palestinian Foreign Ministry said.
"The international community must do more to put pressure on the aggression and genocide against our people, as well as protection against the United Nations staff and humanitarian workers," the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.
UN Deputy Secretary-General Tom Fletcher called the murder of the UN employee "outrageous" of the attack on the United Nations of buildings in the Gaza Strip. Fletcher said that the blows were aimed at the UN "clearly mentioned" complex in Gaza, and the United Nations demands a "response".
