One of the forces participating in the snap elections of the Gyumri community council is deprived of the opportunity to use the propaganda panels. This was reported by the "eyewitness" observation mission.
"The Armenian Workers' Socialist Party has applied to the Central Electoral Commission to use 7 out of 68 panels exceeding 5 square meters located in Gyumri, but none of the panels have reached the party. According to the CEC, the party has applied for not all panels, but only 7, and when they had made a lottery by other forces, the party did not participate in the distribution of other panels.
