Within the framework of the Georgian government and the Government of the Republic of Turkey, the Turkish side conveyed various weapons to the Georgian Armed Forces, including KNT-76 and MPT-55 / K sniper rifles.
According to the Georgian Armed Forces, the command of the Turkish special troops introduced the sniper rifles to the command of the relevant Georgian subdivisions, and then introduced their technical-tactical data, then the guns were tested in the shooting range.
The event was attended by Georgian Defense Forces Deputy Protector Zaza Chkhayidze, Commander of the Special Action Forces, Colonel Teymurazlandland, Turkish Ambassador to Georgia Ali Kaan Orbay and Military Attachment, Colonel Ilhan Oktendural.
