At least one UN official has been killed in a Israeli attack on the Gaza Strip, and five others were injured. This was reported by the Ministry of Health of the Palestinian Enlargement.
"Six foreigners who worked in the United Nations were wounded in the center of Gaza as a result of the Israeli airstrike. One of them died shortly after arriving at Shuhada Al-Axa Hospital, "the Ministry of Health said in a statement.
In his turn, the Egyptian TV channel Al-Qahira Al-Ikhbariya, citing sources, insisted that UN employees under fire were demined in the Gaza Strip.
