The IDF said 230 shells were fired by Hezbollah at Israel from Lebanon

The Lebanese Shiite movement Hezbollah fired about 230 shells into Israel on Friday, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said.

“Today, as of 23.00 (coincides with Moscow time - ed.), about 230 shells launched by the terrorist organization Hezbollah crossed the border of Lebanon and Israel,” the army’s Telegram channel said.

Since October 1, Israel has been conducting a ground operation against Hezbollah forces in southern Lebanon and continues aerial bombing of the neighboring country, where more than 2 thousand people have already died, including leaders of the Shiite movement, and more than a million people have become refugees. Despite losses, including in the command staff, Hezbollah is conducting ground battles and does not stop rocket attacks on Israeli territory.
