As reported by TASS, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexei Overchuk told reporters.
"As for the trilateral working group of Deputy Prime Ministers, it is set as part of the November 9th 2020 announcement, respectively, with a joint statement of the Russian Federation, Armenia and Azerbaijan.
