Amendments to the RA Constitution by Azerbaijani requirements.
Armenia must pay compensation to Azerbaijan.
Armenia must act on the initiative of the OSCE Minsk Group.
It must take place in the demilitarization of Armenia and handing over or returns of weapons.
The glorification of the victory of the first Artsakh war and the participants of the war must be stopped in Armenia.
All structures and organizations that are engaged in the spread of national values must be closed in Armenia.
According to the Azerbaijani authorities, these are issues that need to be resolved outside the "Peace Agreement" before signing.
