Former Artsakh Minister Ruben Vardanyan has published another recording in which he has told an episode from personal life. He asked his wife to publish this recording on Sunday, because Sunday is a special day for Christians.
"I want to say a few words today. First of all, I wish you good moments, because only the moment is the real thing and the closest to eternity. It took place 39 years ago in Azerbaijan.
As the young people who over 18 years of age in the Soviet Union, I was drafted into the Soviet army. After graduating from the first year of Moscow State University, at the end of June, I found it at the Moscow conscription point. After a long adventure, in early July, with several hundred people, I found myself in Baku's suburb of Balajari. That's how I first appeared in the Azerbaijani SSR.
As soon as he approached me, a non-mortal and suggested that I could move in front of 300 rubles to move to Armenia.
At that time, it was quite a lot of money, and I said I didn't have enough money. Three days later, when we had to finally be distributed in military units, he obviously not found other suitable for someone, and said, "Good, at least 50 rubles." I said that I have only 27 rubles. He was dissatisfied, saying that it was impossible.
This story, just as a funny episode, told the boys, with whom I met Moscow during our long journey from Moscow. After 15 minutes later, six-seven boys approached me, approaching me and gave me 23 rubles, saying that I would like to at least I will serve at home. They smiled and assured that they would only be happy that none of them was a secured family, and three or five rubles were quite a serious amount of money for them.
