Kim Dotcom conducted a shocking poll on the social network X

The founder of file sharing services Megaupload and Mega, Kim Schmitz, also known as Kim Dotcom, asked his followers on the social network X if they believed that Russian leader Vladimir Putin would defeat Vladimir Zelensky in the presidential elections in Ukraine.

“Would Putin beat Zelensky in the presidential elections in Ukraine?” - wrote Dotcom. The survey published on his profile suggests two answer options: “yes” or “no.”

At 22:17 Moscow time, 20 minutes after publication, more than 3.7 thousand people completed the survey. 84.3% of respondents were in favor of the fact that Putin would have won the presidential elections in Ukraine if his opponent had been Zelensky.

Zelensky's term of office expired on May 20. The presidential elections in Ukraine in 2024 were canceled, citing martial law and general mobilization. Zelensky stated that the elections are now “untimely.”
