Members of the families of missing soldiershave issued a statement, which says:
"We, the family members of the missing servicemen, express our strict disagreement with the RA Government's position on the lawsuits against Azerbaijan in international courts. This is not only a legal but also a step that does not have a legal interests that contradicts the national interests of our country and leaves us, relatives of the victims of the crime committed without ethnic.
We demand that the Government of the Republic of Armenia immediately stop this catastrophic policy and ensures the normal course of the lawsuit filed in international courts against Azerbaijan. These lawsuits are an important tool for the restoration of our violated rights, recognition of Azerbaijani crimes and establish justice within the framework of international law.
The Armenian authorities do not have the right to make such important decisions without a clear agreement of the public, the families of the victims of the war and the families of missing servicemen. We demand that the Government of the Republic of Armenia suspend the basics of basic human rights principles legitimizing the anti-Armenian policy of Azerbaijan, continuing the crimes against our people.
Refusal of the presented interstate lawsuits will also mean the highest level to hinder the rights of the families of the missing and compromised persons without leaving any productive legal protection tools. "
