Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev has announced his Telegram's position on Russia's stance on the Ukrainian military in Kursk region. He quoted Russian President Vladimir's words raised during a meeting of the permanent members of the Security Council of the Russian Federation.
"In case of a voluntary place to voluntarily, Ukrainian servicemen are guaranteed life, respect for rights and dignity in accordance with international standards," he said that it was a "very humanitarian approach" by Russia.
However, Medvedev noted that the refusal of capitulation will lead to inevitable consequences.
